Introduction
How to utilise limited resources and at the same time care about the various stakeholders has become a main challenge for public companies as well as for government bodies and regulatory authorities. Through the introduction of a theoretical framework, its practical implication and discussion, this seminar aims to introduce the current status of promoting Corporate Social Responsibility reports in Macau and in the Greater Bay Area. It is strongly argued that Macau must take a more active role in contributing towards “CSR” and various aspects of the Sustainable Development Goals.
This seminar will also introduce the “Deignan Award for Responsible Entrepreneurship”, which is scheduled to be launched on Friday 22 April 2022 with a focus on small-and-medium-sized enterprises. The award criteria and application procedures will be introduced in detail.
